This folder contains two command-line tools for special-case roles:

1) The "convert_legacy_colors.py" script of Frigcal 4.0.

Unless you are using the source-code package, unzip the same-named .zip
file here to access this script, along with its inputs and dependencies.

This script converts existing calendar files' color settings to the
new preset category-colors scheme used in Frigcal 4.x. It is primarily
meant for users of legacy Frigcal 3.0 or earlier but can also be used
to convert calendars made by other programs to Frigcal 4.x colors.

See the documentation at the top of the script's file for more info.
In short, you'll edit map*.py input files to specify old=>new color
mappings and use new_color_mapping.py to look up 4.x's color names.

2) The "combine-calendars.py" script of Frigcal 4.1.0

This tool is a single script file, run per its top-of-file usage
info. It combines multiple calendar files into one. You'll give
the path to a folder that contains the files you wish to combine.

Combining may be useful for users who have more than one calendar
file--either carried over from prior usage or created anew with the
app's "New Calendar" menu option--and can simplify event adds.

Also here for Linux only, file "frigcal-linux.desktop" may be used
for do-it-yourself Linux app registration. See its in-file docs.
